Hotel Occupancy Tax Reporting
Requires a municipality levying the hotel-motel tax under general law to submit a report annually detailing the amount of revenue spent by the municipality, and its subordinate contractors, and how those expenditures have been designated and used for tourism and tourism development.
Service Animal Legislation
Prohibits emotional support animals that are not trained, or being trained, to perform tasks or work for a person with a disability from indoor areas of food service establishments. An animal whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support is not a service animal.
