Professional Bio

Chef Erin Meeker was born and raised in Portland, OR but her passion for cooking and love of warm weather led her to New Orleans, where she fell in love with the cuisine and the culture. After stints at The Court of Two Sisters, Commander’s Place and SoBou, a last minute road trip to Chattanooga led her to shift her course and put down roots in Chattanooga. After years honing her craft in the kitchen, Chef Erin branched out into hotel Food and Beverage Management and currently calls The Kinley home where she has been working on a holistic approach of good, locally sourced food, beer, and spirits.
