Ernie is the owner and Pitmaster of HOG WILD-Real Memphis Barbeque, LLC and A Moveable Feast Catering in Memphis, TN. Started June 1, 1998, HW/AMF is the largest and most diverse gourmet & BBQ catering company in the Mid-South. Ernie served as President of the Memphis Restaurant Association from 2017-2021. He is an avid hunter and outdoorsman and loves to meet and entertain people from all walks of life.
